Prefabricated building material only delivery is done in our factory, montage is done at the site. Material’s transportation, transportation insurance, floor concrete, floor insulation, heating and cooling equipment, all formal procedures (municipality and other) and connections to the city network are in responsibility of the customer. Anything that is not mentioned in the technical specifications may not be demanded by the customer. In case a certain material is mentioned in the material plan, it is included in the project. If the brand and type of a certain material is not specified in the technical specifications, in the contract a certain material requested by the customer should be specified. For projects outside Adana food and accommodation is requested from the customer.
